    Garmin R10 vs Rapsodo MLM2PRO

The comparison listed the MLM2PRO's spin as 'Measured — with RPT marked balls' and its $199.99/yr Premium membership as required for 'sim features.' That understated what the membership gates. Rapsodo's own product and membership pages list measured spin rate and spin axis, club path, and angle of attack as Premium features, alongside course play and third-party connections. The spin and membership rows, the verdict, and the measured-spin FAQ now say so. The verdict's direction is unchanged: the comparison already priced Premium into the MLM2PRO's three-year cost, so the running-cost gap it states still holds.

Golf Simulator Cost: Three Real Builds, Itemized

Our 2026-08-30 correction said the Dedicated Room build was unaffected by the missing-pipes problem because Carl's Pro enclosure 'arrives framed.' That was wrong. The Pro kit is listed as 'Complete Pro,' but its included-items list reads 'Pipes sold separately,' and the Enclosure Piping add-on for the 8'×10.5', 5-foot-depth Premium configuration we spec is $1,092. A $1,092 piping line has been added. In the same pass we re-verified the monitor line: the Uneekor EYE MINI is now $2,999 at PlayBetter, reduced from $4,500. Together these move the Dedicated Room all-in from $12,050 to $11,641, its cost per round by year three from $26.82 to $25.94, and its break-even from 43 months to 41. The Uneekor EYE MINI analysis, the DIY build guide (which described the Pro kit as arriving framed), the accessories guide, and every page quoting the $12,050 total were corrected in the same pass.

Golf Simulator Cost: Three Real Builds, Itemized

The Practice Bay receipt was missing a required component. Carl's Place DIY enclosure kit ships the impact screen, the nylon enclosure, ball bungees, zip ties and steel fittings, but not the pipes those fittings join — the product page states 'Pipes sold separately' and lists the pipe framing kit as optional. Our receipt carried only the $1,385.94 kit line, so the build was understated by the cost of framing it. A $467.95 line for Carl's pre-cut 1-inch EMT has been added, moving the Practice Bay all-in from $5,410 to $5,578, its cost per round by year three from $12.41 to $12.77, and its break-even from 19 months to 20. The same omission affected the Bushnell Launch Pro analysis ($6,415 to $6,883) and the Launch Pro vs GC3 comparison ($10,214 to $10,682), both corrected in the same pass. The Dedicated Room build was never affected — it specs Carl's complete Pro enclosure, which arrives framed.
